Vintry & Mercer is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations across our restaurant, bar, and events. You will be responsible for maintaining high service standards and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding hospitality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in F&B management, excellent knowledge of wines and cuisines, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff under pressure. A basic WSET qualification is beneficial.
