We are hiring a DeFi Quantitative Yield Architect (Remote, London) to design, optimize, and manage advanced quantitative yield strategies across decentralized finance ecosystems. This role focuses on building algorithmic yield frameworks, analyzing on-chain financial data, and optimizing capital deployment across staking, lending, liquidity provisioning, and automated yield strategies. The architect will collaborate with blockchain infrastructure, analytics, and research teams to maximize risk-adjusted returns across decentralized financial systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantitative yield strategies across DeFi ecosystems
- Analyze on-chain market data, liquidity flows, and protocol performance metrics
- Optimize capital deployment through staking, lending, liquidity provisioning, and yield farming
- Develop algorithmic frameworks for yield generation and treasury optimization
- Evaluate tokenomics, incentive structures, and DeFi protocol sustainability
- Monitor market volatility, smart contract risk, and liquidity exposure
- Conduct backtesting and performance analysis of quantitative strategies
- Collaborate with blockchain infrastructure and analytics teams on financial optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of DeFi protocols, blockchain ecosystems, and digital asset markets
- Experience in quantitative finance, yield optimization, or algorithmic trading strategies
- Knowledge of staking systems, AMMs, liquidity pools, and decentralized lending protocols
