Information about the position
As Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing Influencer marketing campaigns in several markets with an initial focus on Iberia (Spain & Portugal), as well as supporting our Influencer’s team\’s global strategy to expand, diversify and innovate with content creators. This new role will be based in Vilnius, with the rest of the team (8 team members) based in Vilnius and Berlin. You will work closely with one of several local influencers agencies to strategize, launch and report on influencers campaigns. You will join a team of highly motivated influencers experts and will contribute to shape our vision and strategy, bringing expertise from the influencers industry and proactively proposing innovative ideas for the team.
In this position, you’ll
- Lead the influencer strategy in 2+ markets (ES + PT upon joining, further markets to be added)
- Oversee operations in your markets: budget tracking, campaigns set‑up, reporting, creative benchmarks
- Support new strategic projects for the team (influencers agencies processes, new type of influencers campaigns)
- Work hand in hand with 7 influencer marketing experts to scale operations and performance in all markets
- Monitor and report on the performance of our campaigns
- Participate in creative projects
- Work with digital marketing teams to build synergies and deliver cross channel campaigns (i.e. PR, SoMe, CRM, Performance, OLV, Brand, etc.)
- Coordinate our yearly agency summits (gathering agencies from all markets)
About you
- 3+ years experience in Influencer Marketing
- Care deeply about teamwork, caring for your team mates and cooperation
- Experience in a Growth/Performance Marketing team
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good written and spoken Spanish (B2)
- German & Portuguese notions would be a plus
- Strong knowledge of spreadsheets, excel
