About the role
We’re looking for a full-time Junior Creative Production Specialist to support our Brand Marketing team in Vilnius. In this role, you\’ll help produce and coordinate digital content across Vinted’s platforms — including social media, web, and other paid multimedia marketing channels.
This is a great opportunity for someone with some hands-on experience in digital content production (video and static) who’s looking to grow their skills and gain exposure to a wide variety of creative projects. You’ll be working closely with more senior team members and external partners, learning how to bring ideas to life across multiple channels.
You may also occasionally support our 360 Campaigns & Brand sub-team on non-digital content needs and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate smaller-scale digital content projects, helping to build and grow Vinted’s presence across platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and others.
- Collaborate closely with our digital channel teams and Brand Studio to ensure each project meets creative goals while staying within set budgets and timelines.
- Assist in production planning tasks such as preparing shoot schedules, shot lists, call sheets, and asset trackers with guidance from more senior team members.
- Learn to work with production budgets, including helping track costs and supporting budget reconciliations
- Help with commissioning and onboarding content creators, photographers, or directors contributing to tasks like fee discussions, usage rights and logistics coordination.
- Research and recommend external partners, crew, suppliers and UGC creators helping book the right people and services for each project.
- Help manage the day-to-day production process on small projects, while gradually taking more responsibility over time. For larger projects, you’ll support senior team members with various production tasks.
- Assist in post-production coordination such as tracking retouching, editing, sound, motion graphics and licensing needs.
- Start building relationships with external partners like production companies, UGC creators, talent agencies, studios, and others while being supported by the wider production team.
Qualifications
- You have some hands-on experience with content creation including but not limited to user-generated content (UGC) and are comfortable using basic content editing tools. Experience or curiosity about AI-powered content creation tools is a plus.
- You\’re interested in developing strong networking and negotiation skills, and you see every project as a chance to grow your confidence in working with creative partners.
- You’re comfortable taking direction and are open to feedback, using it to help shape production and commissioning plans that align with the team’s goals.
- You’re a clear and thoughtful communicator who represents Vinted’s values in every interaction with external collaborators and creators.
- You’re learning about best practices in commissioning digital creators, and you’re excited to keep up with how the digital content landscape is evolving.
- You stay curious and pay attention to visual, audio, and cultural trends, especially in the digital and social space.
- You can manage your time and tasks effectively and know how to keep projects moving — even when timelines are tight.
