As part of our continued growth, we are looking for experienced Asbestos Surveyors to join our team in the Northamptonshire and Hertfordshire areas.
This role is central to the day-to-day success of the business and contributes directly to operational performance. Working across a varied portfolio of commercial, industrial and residential properties, you'll gain exposure to a diverse range of projects while being part of a supportive team that values professionalism, integrity and quality.
- Conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition asbestos surveys.
- Collect accurate site information and asbestos samples.
- Produce high-quality survey reports and technical documentation.
- Work across a varied portfolio of commercial, residential and industrial sites.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, compliance and quality standards.
You are an experienced and motivated professional who takes pride in delivering quality work and maintaining high standards:
- Previous experience carrying out asbestos surveys.
- A strong understanding of HSG264 and asbestos legislation.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
