Vintage Inns’ Crownpub is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef who loves great food and leading a skilled team. You will run a kitchen section, mentor staff, and step up in the Head Chef’s absence to keep service smooth and guests delighted.
You’ll also handle food ordering, prep, and stock, work with a branded menu, and ensure health and safety standards while fostering a collaborative kitchen culture.
