About the Role
We are excited to announce two openings for Sales Administrators to join our food truck team. These roles are crucial to ensuring our mobile operations run smoothly and professionally. From handling sales and administration to maintaining exceptional customer service, you’ll be at the heart of our fast-paced food service.
Key Responsibilities (Both Roles):

Complete and manage all paperwork related to daily food truck operations.

Handover end-of-day records to the restaurant’s internal sales team.

Maintain and update customer records to assist the kitchen in making accurate purchasing decisions.

Manage and coordinate delivery arrangements.
-
Process customer orders efficiently throughout the food truck’s operating hours.

Ensure a high level of customer service to support customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Understand and respond to the diverse needs of customers from varying demographic backgrounds.
Role 1: Sales Administrator & Food Truck Driver
This individual will be responsible for:

Driving the food truck to and from operating locations.

Leading the overall sales and operations when the food truck is stationary.
Requirements:

Full UK Driving License – Mandatory

Experience in food delivery or food outlet sales.

Preferably holds managerial qualifications or experience.

Willing to relocate to Staffordshire.
Role 2: Sales Administrator & Window Service Assistant
This person will:

Assist the driver with daily operations.

Manage order processing and customer interactions at the food truck window.

Support the driver with all administrative duties.
Requirements:

Full UK Driving License – Preferred but not essential

Experience in food service, food trucks, or similar customer-facing environments.

Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Willing to relocate to Staffordshire.
