Main Duties & Responsibilities

Assisting management in the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant

Organizing staff schedules, managing rotas, and supporting shift planning

Handling correspondence with suppliers, agencies, and local authorities as needed

Supporting staff training, performance monitoring, and maintaining high team morale

Keeping records of stock, equipment, and assets in coordination with management

Assisting with cost tracking, expense monitoring, and preparing simple reports for management review

Ensuring compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and hospitality standards

Acting as a point of contact between management and restaurant staff to ensure smooth communication
