Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assisting management in the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant

  • Organizing staff schedules, managing rotas, and supporting shift planning

  • Handling correspondence with suppliers, agencies, and local authorities as needed

  • Supporting staff training, performance monitoring, and maintaining high team morale

  • Keeping records of stock, equipment, and assets in coordination with management

  • Assisting with cost tracking, expense monitoring, and preparing simple reports for management review

  • Ensuring compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and hospitality standards

  • Acting as a point of contact between management and restaurant staff to ensure smooth communication
