About the role

As a Resourcing Partner, you own the top of the recruitment funnel. This is a specialist sourcing role focused on building proactive pipelines, engaging high‑quality talent, and delivering strong, diverse shortlists at pace. You’ll work in close partnership with Talent Acquisition Partners, ensuring hiring managers consistently have access to engaged, well‑matched candidates. While TA Partners own full‑cycle delivery, you are accountable for sourcing strategy, pipeline health, and early‑stage candidate qualification.

  • Deliver high‑quality, diverse shortlists within agreed SLAs.
  • Maintain strong top‑of‑funnel conversion rates.
  • Support ≤30‑day average time‑to‑hire across supported roles.
  • Maintain 90%+ hiring manager satisfaction for supported hiring.
  • Build and sustain proactive pipelines in Pinpoint for priority functions.
  • Reduce agency dependency through effective direct sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for high‑volume operational roles.
  • Partner with TA Partners at intake to define target profiles and sourcing plans.
  • Proactively source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CV databases, referrals, and communities.
  • Conduct structured screening calls to assess core competencies and role fit.
  • Deliver qualified shortlists aligned to agreed success criteria.
  • Build, segment, and nurture talent pools in Pinpoint for current and future hiring.
  • Maintain accurate ATS data and track funnel performance metrics.
  • Share market insight, competitor trends, and sourcing opportunities with the TA team.
  • Ensure a smooth handover to TA Partners for interview and offer stages.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment or sourcing (in‑house or agency), ideally high‑volume hiring.
  • Strong direct sourcing capability with evidence of building active pipelines.
  • Confident conducting structured screening calls.
  • Comfortable using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (Pinpoint preferred).
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear, confident communication style.
  • Curious, data‑aware, and purpose‑driven.
  • Additional language skills (Dutch, Spanish, French, or German) are a bonus.
