As we scale across the UK and internationally, Paid Social particularly Meta is a core growth engine, driving discovery, demand creation, and efficient customer acquisition at scale. Our Growth team sits at the centre of this, combining performance marketing, creative, data, and experimentation to unlock scalable growth. Paid Social plays a critical role in this ecosystem, blending creative thinking with analytical rigour to drive both volume and quality.

About the role: As a Paid Social Executive (Meta-focused), you’ll support the execution, optimisation, and scaling of our Meta activity across multiple markets. Reporting into the Paid Social team, you’ll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life, working across creative, targeting, tracking, and performance analysis. This is a highly hands-on role, ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for creative testing and performance marketing. You’ll help ensure campaigns are executed with excellence, creatives are continuously improved, and insights are fed back into the wider growth strategy. While Meta is the primary focus, this role will also support the exploration and expansion into other Paid Social platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging channels—helping test, learn, and scale new acquisition opportunities over time. You will work closely with Paid Social, Creative, CRM, and Data teams to ensure campaigns are high quality, well tracked, and continuously improving.

Getting Started... Support campaign execution: Assist in building, launching, and managing Meta campaigns across markets. Creative procurement: Source, organise, and manage creative assets for campaigns (video, static, copy). Creative QA: Review creatives before launch (visual quality, messaging, localisation, compliance). Research & ideation: Generate new creative ideas, hooks, formats, and angles based on trends and performance. Publish ads: Ensure campaigns go live accurately and on time with correct settings and tracking. Basic performance monitoring: Track campaign performance daily and flag anomalies or opportunities. Tracking validation: Check Meta events, pixels, and conversions are firing correctly. Workflow support: Help manage workflows for creative production, translations, and approvals. Support reporting: Assist in building performance reports and extracting key insights.

Driving Excellence… Creative testing mindset: Continuously test new hooks, formats, messaging, and audiences (micro-testing approach). Performance optimisation: Support optimisation across targeting, creatives, placements, and budgets. Creative feedback loops: Provide structured feedback on ad performance to improve future creative output. Trend spotting: Identify emerging trends on Meta (formats, messaging, competitors, audience behaviour). AI tool leverage: Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, copywriting, analysis, and creative iteration. Market expansion support: Assist in launching and scaling campaigns in new international markets. Data-driven thinking: Apply an analytical mindset to interpret performance and guide decisions. Collaboration: Work closely with Creative and Growth teams to align on priorities and outputs. Channel expansion mindset: Support testing and early-stage scaling of additional Paid Social platforms (e.g. TikTok, Pinterest), identifying new growth opportunities beyond Meta.

Key Responsibilities Key Goals & Objectives: Support the scaling of Meta as a primary growth channel across UK, DE, FR, NL, ES, NL + new markets. Improve creative testing velocity and output quality. Ensure campaigns are executed accurately and efficiently. Contribute to reducing CPL while maintaining or improving lead quality. Strengthen tracking reliability and data confidence in Meta. Deliver consistent performance insights to inform growth decisions.

Key Responsibilities: Campaign Execution & Optimisation Build, launch, and monitor Meta campaigns across multiple markets. Ensure correct campaign setup (objectives, audiences, placements, budgets). Maintain high standards of campaign QA and accuracy. Creative & Testing Procure and organise ad creatives from internal and external sources. Conduct creative QA (visuals, messaging, localisation, compliance). Suggest edits and improvements to creatives based on performance. Brief new creative concepts and testing ideas. Run micro-tests on copy, hooks, formats, audiences and ad formats. Analytics & Performance Monitor campaign performance and identify trends or issues. Support performance reporting and insight generation. Apply an analytical mindset to optimise campaigns. Identify winning creatives and scale learnings. Tracking & Data Quality Validate Meta tracking setup (pixel, events, conversions). Troubleshoot tracking issues and escalate where needed. Support data integrity across campaigns and reporting. Workflow & Operations Assist workflows for creative production & translations. Ensure localisation quality (translation checks, spellcheck, cultural relevance). Support cross-market execution and consistency. Channel Expansion & Testing Support the launch and testing of new Paid Social channels (e.g. TikTok, Pinterest). Apply learnings from Meta to inform creative and targeting strategies on new platforms. Help evaluate the performance and scalability of emerging channels. Projects & Growth Initiatives Support wider Paid Social and Growth initiatives. Assist with market launches and scaling strategies. Contribute to testing roadmaps and experimentation plans.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Essential Skills & Experience: Experience in Paid Social, ideally with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data. Understanding of creative testing and performance marketing principles. Attention to detail, especially in campaign setup and QA. Experience working with creatives (video/static) and providing feedback. Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and tracking (pixel, events). Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have: Experience working across multiple international markets. Familiarity with AI tools for marketing and creative workflows. Understanding of attribution, tracking, and data pipelines.
