About the role: As a Resourcing Partner, you own the top of the recruitment funnel. This is a specialist sourcing role focused on building proactive pipelines, engaging high‑quality talent, and delivering strong, diverse shortlists at pace. You’ll work in close partnership with Talent Acquisition Partners, ensuring hiring managers consistently have access to engaged, well‑matched candidates. While TA Partners own full‑cycle delivery, you are accountable for sourcing strategy, pipeline health, and early‑stage candidate qualification.
