As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in driving VCC’s product vision forward. You will take ownership of the product lifecycle identifying growth opportunities, delivering impactful solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders and the tech team. Your role will be essential in translating strategic business objectives into actionable user stories, managing the product backlog, and ensuring maximum value delivery.

You will be involved in a range of projects, from improving internal systems to integrating to third party systems for our core Vintage Cash Cow and ArcaVindi teams. Your focus will be on delivering measurable results while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous innovation for our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and refine the product backlog for internal core systems across Vintage Cash Cow and International markets.
  • Contribute to the management and the curation of a product roadmap.
  • Translate strategic business objectives into actionable initiatives and user stories.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to assess current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions that align with a broader strategic roadmap.
  • Prioritise ideas and initiatives to ensure alignment with the wider product vision.
  • Use performance tools and customer feedback methods to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Provide support to the helpdesk by assisting with incident triage, root cause analysis and providing status updates.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for new features and functionality.
  • Be part of and champion a clear release (Go To Market) strategy.
  • Produce product artifacts such as How To Guides or technical process maps and contribute to the VCC Internal Wiki.
  • Provide reporting on product performance and customer metrics.
  • Offer clear guidance to the tech team, addressing queries and supporting their work.
  • Chair scrum ceremonies and advocate for the customer’s voice in decision-making.
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
  • Proven experience in managing and articulating a product backlog.
  • Strong skills in gathering requirements and crafting detailed user stories.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and concurrent workstreams effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong ability to engage stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
  • Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with product management platforms is advantageous.
