About the Role:
As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in strategising VCC’s product portfolio for our internal customers. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, and core product management skills to effectively lead and ensure the success of our customer experiences and communications.
Working across all VCC brands, you will be data focused when identifying opportunities for growth and evidence based when setting, prioritising, defining, validating initiatives to deliver quantifiable business outcomes and value.

- Lead and report on product, compliance, market, localisation research, and competitive product analytics.
- Facilitate and collate customer insights to identify areas of opportunity.

- Champion agile methodologies and define a clear Go-To-Market strategy to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Your Goals
- Prioritise and deliver initiatives that align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Foster strong collaboration between stakeholders and tech resourcing to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive measurable improvements in product performance and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Own VCC internal customers products from introduction to end of life.
- Manage and curate a product roadmap and backlogs, ensuring alignment with your product vision and the wider product strategy.
- Articulate and drive the vision for the product portfolio, maximizing the value delivered.
- Turn high-level product strategy & business objectives into clear, actionable user stories and deliverables.
- Work closely with stakeholders to assess current processes, identifying areas for improvement and developing solutions that align with a wider strategic roadmap.
- Conduct analysis using performance tools and customer engagement to identify opportunities.
- Promoting a test-driven approach to implementing incremental change.
- Orchestrate, collate and analyse customer feedback by facilitating customer focus groups and analysing reviews.
- Provide support to the helpdesk and help to triage and update the progress of incidents and bugs.
- Support the tech team by providing clear guidance and addressing queries.
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies and champion the customer throughout the product development process.
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
- Familiarisation of using a CRM or Hubspot.
- Experience building and scaling products in multiple markets.
- Proven experience managing and articulating key data insights and analytics.
- Experiencing in articulating and managing a product roadmap.
- Experience of using data and testing to inform product decisions.
- Strong requirements gathering and user story creation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and concurrent workstreams.
- Extensive experience working with multiple stakeholders at an international scale.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
- Experience working in a start-up and scale-up environment is beneficial.
- Familiarity with product management platforms is beneficial
