Vintage.com is seeking a Logistics Team Lead for the late shift at our Morley site. You will lead a team of Logistics Operatives, ensuring on-time stock intake, breakdown, returns processing and inter-department routing.
You’ll coach staff, conduct regular 1-on-1s, manage attendance and shift allocations, and drive safety and quality on the warehouse floor. The role includes a late-shift allowance and a focus on continuous improvement.
