About the team

We're a passionate team on a mission to make Vintage Cash Cow the go-to destination for giving pre-loved items a new lease of life. As we scale across the UK and internationally, Paid Media is one of our most important growth engines - driving discovery, demand generation, customer acquisition, and full-funnel growth across Google, YouTube, Display, Demand Gen, and emerging paid channels. Our Growth team combines performance marketing, creative, data, experimentation, and automation to unlock scalable growth. Paid Media plays a critical role in this ecosystem, balancing analytical rigour with creative thinking, audience strategy, and testing to drive efficient growth across multiple markets.

About the role

As a Paid Media Executive, you'll support the execution, optimisation, and scaling of our Paid Media activity across multiple markets. Reporting into the Paid Media team, you'll primarily focus on Google's broader media ecosystem including YouTube, Demand Gen, Display, Performance Max, audience targeting, and creative-led campaign execution. This is a highly hands-on role, ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset and an interest in creative testing, audience strategy, video/display advertising, and performance marketing. You'll support campaign execution, creative workflows, audience usage, reporting, QA, tracking validation, and optimisation across UK and EU markets. Paid Search/SEM experience is beneficial, but the core focus is broader Paid Media execution and scaling. You will work closely with Growth, Creative, CRM, Data, and Product teams to ensure campaigns are well structured, creatively strong, efficiently managed, and continuously improving. As the business expands internationally, this role will also support testing and scaling into additional markets, channels, and Paid Media opportunities over time.

Getting Started

  • Support campaign execution: Assist in building, launching, and managing campaigns across YouTube, Demand Gen, Display, Performance Max, and broader Paid Media channels
  • Campaign QA: Review campaigns before launch to ensure accuracy across targeting, audiences, budgets, assets, feeds, and tracking
  • Audience support: Assist with audience creation, segmentation, first-party audience usage, and targeting strategies
  • Creative workflows: Help coordinate creative assets, translations, uploads, and approvals across markets
  • Creative briefing support: Assist in briefing creative concepts, hooks, messaging angles, and asset requirements for campaigns
  • Performance monitoring: Monitor campaign performance daily and flag anomalies, opportunities, or scaling potential
  • Reporting support: Assist in producing performance reports and extracting actionable insights
  • Tracking validation: Check conversion tracking, tags, and attribution setup are working correctly

Driving Excellence

  • Creative-led testing mindset: Continuously support testing across creatives, hooks, audiences, formats, placements, and campaign structures
  • Audience & targeting optimisation: Support the development and refinement of audience strategies across Google and broader Paid Media channels
  • Video & Display expansion: Assist in scaling YouTube, Demand Gen, and broader Display activity across markets
  • Data-driven thinking: Apply an analytical mindset to identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers
  • AI & automation leverage: Use AI tools and platform automation features to improve workflows, insights, and campaign performance
  • Market expansion support: Assist in launching and scaling campaigns across new international markets
  • Trend spotting: Stay close to developments across YouTube, Google Ads, AI, creative trends, and digital advertising
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Creative, CRM, Data, and Growth teams to align campaign activity with broader business goals

Key Responsibilities
