About the role: As a Logistics Operative, you’ll train across different teams within our logistics function, supporting the journey of each item from arrival to dispatch. • Safely lift, move, and sort stock up to 30kg, ensuring efficient movement between departments.
  • Work at pace without compromising safety or quality.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across goods‑in, quality control, packing, and dispatch.
  • Communicate issues clearly and promptly to maintain smooth operations.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets while maintaining accuracy.
  • Adapt to workload changes and remain productive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing ideas and feedback.
  • Cross‑train across multiple logistics functions to build versatility and support the team.
  • Inspect and handle goods with care, especially fragile, high‑value, and vintage items.
  • Pack and repack stock to meet internal quality control standards and customer expectations.
  • Use inventory systems to track and manage stock flow.

  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience, ideally with quality control responsibilities.
  • Proven ability to handle fragile or valuable goods safely and accurately.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Physical capability to lift and move stock safely (up to 30kg).
