About The Role: This is an exciting opportunity to build our Learning & Development offering from the ground up, shaping the strategy, delivering early wins, and setting the tone for how we grow our people. You’ll play a key role in helping our employees get the most out of their careers, building confidence, unlocking potential, and supporting our teams to grow just as fast as our business is. From technical training in our operations and contact centre teams, to leadership and soft skills development, you’ll design learning that sticks and makes a real impact. We’re growing quickly, so we need someone who’s energised by pace, happy to roll up their sleeves, and ready to make a difference from day one. You’ll work with leaders across the business, craft engaging learning experiences, and help create a culture where learning is just how we do things.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape the Strategy: Creative and deliver our first L&D strategy, aligned with our people priorities, values and fast-growing business. Build simple, scalable processes to understand and respond to learning needs across the business.
  • Design & Deliver Impactful Learning: Run learning needs assessments and translate them into clear, engaging learning solutions. Design and deliver core learning experiences, from workshops and on-the-job training to curated external resources.
  • Facilitate & Empower: Lead in-person and virtual sessions to bring learning to life across teams. Kick off early partnerships with external providers and help grow internal knowledge-sharing culture.
  • Build the Foundations: Support the launch and adoption of our new Learning Management System (LMS). Set clear success metrics, gather feedback, and keep improving as we grow.
  • Collaborate Across the Business: Build great relationships with leaders to understand their learning needs today and tomorrow. Work hand in hand with the People Team to embed L&D in everything we do.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise:

  • Strong experience in both leadership/soft skill development and technical training, such as contact center, and operations.
  • A proven track record in designing and delivering impactful L&D programmes, ideally in a fast-moving, high-growth setting.
  • A solid grasp of adult learning principles and practical ways to apply them.
  • Confidence in assessing learning needs and turning them into meaningful solutions.
  • Great facilitation and presentation skills, whether online or in the room.
  • A data-driven approach to evaluating learning outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management, you’ll know how to build trust quickly.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritise in a busy, evolving environment.
  • Experience supporting or leading a Learning Management System (LMS) rollout is a nice bonus!
