We partner across Operations, Logistics, Tech, and Commercial teams to ensure every hire strengthens our culture and fuels our mission: to build the world’s largest trading platform for pre-loved items, driven by people and data. We don’t just hire for skills. We hire people who add to our culture — bringing curiosity, ownership, and fresh thinking to help us scale sustainably.
About the role: As a Resourcing Partner, you own the top of the recruitment funnel. This is a specialist sourcing role focused on building proactive pipelines, engaging high-quality talent, and delivering strong, diverse shortlists at pace. You’ll work in close partnership with Talent Acquisition Partners, ensuring hiring managers consistently have access to engaged, well-matched candidates. While TA Partners own full-cycle delivery, you are accountable for sourcing strategy, pipeline health, and early-stage candidate qualification.
Getting Started... Learn our story, values, and hiring priorities. Understand key operational roles and success profiles. Master our recruitment stack (Pinpoint, sourcing tools, data dashboards). Build strong working relationships with TA Partners and hiring managers.
Establishing Your Impact… Own sourcing delivery across assigned functions. Build proactive pipelines for critical and recurring roles. Deliver consistent, high-quality shortlists within agreed timeframes. Provide weekly insight on pipeline health and sourcing performance.
Driving Excellence… Champion warm, transparent candidate communication. Use creative, market-aware sourcing strategies to reach diverse talent pools. Maintain excellent ATS hygiene and structured pipeline management. Continuously improve sourcing effectiveness through data and market insight.
Key Goals & Objectives: Deliver high-quality, diverse shortlists within agreed SLAs. Maintain strong top-of-funnel conversion rates. Support ≤30-day average time-to-hire across supported roles. Maintain 90%+ hiring manager satisfaction for supported hiring. Build and sustain proactive pipelines in Pinpoint for priority functions. Reduce agency dependency through effective direct sourcing.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-volume operational roles. Partner with TA Partners at intake to define target profiles and sourcing plans. Proactively source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CV databases, referrals, and communities. Conduct structured screening calls to assess core competencies and role fit. Deliver qualified shortlists aligned to agreed success criteria. Build, segment, and nurture talent pools in Pinpoint for current and future hiring. Maintain accurate ATS data and track funnel performance metrics. Share market insight, competitor trends, and sourcing opportunities with the TA team. Ensure a smooth handover to TA Partners for interview and offer stages.
Essential Skills & Experience: 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment or sourcing (in-house or agency), ideally high-volume hiring. Strong direct sourcing capability with evidence of building active pipelines. Confident conducting structured screening calls. Comfortable using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (Pinpoint preferred). Strong organisation skills and attention to detail. Clear, confident communication style. Curious, data-aware, and purpose-driven. Additional language skills (Dutch, Spanish, French, or German) are a bonus.
