We are looking for a sous chef to join our friendly and enthusiastic team at Vins Catering Ltd.

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sous Chef/Chef de Partie to join our team at a fast pace kitchen. This role is pivotal in ensuring the consistent preparation of high-quality products that meet our exacting standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for culinary artistry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to recipes.
  • Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all products, maintaining the brand's reputation for excellence.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and stock rotation, to minimize waste and control costs.

Requirements:
