We are looking to fill a full-time Store Manager position in Chester Hill, a thriving and busy Vinnies store in Western Sydney. The candidate best fit for this role must have a hands-on approach to all aspects of store operations. Ensuring efficiency, great customer service and profitability are critical parts of your role. Your experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment will be highly regarded. Flexibility to work weekends as needed is very important. Tap your leadership skills (or potentials) to drive the store and team towards continued success.
Your Responsibility
- Leading, growing and developing a team of paid employees and volunteers
- Ensuring extraordinary customer service is provided to every customer, every time
- Embedding exceptional operational and visual merchandise standards
- Meeting and exceeding sales and KPI performance of the store
- Champion the voice of the donor by upholding the highest standards in product sorting, pricing, and placement
- Building and supporting the volunteer workforce and engaging with the local community
- Role-modelling a 'safety first' culture in store
- Use the company’s mission and values to support decision making, act as a brand advocate inside and outside of the store
You Will Need
- Experience in managing retail stores, preferably fashion, and/or high-volume retail
- Strong leadership skills; with good fashion sense
- Strong focus on customer experience
- Proven people management skills or experience in managing people, training and coaching
- Proven ability to track store sales performance and drive team towards meeting sales targets
