Role Overview

At GIFTEO, we are on an ambitious growth journey and are seeking an outstanding Business Development Manager to help take our global business to new heights. Reporting directly to the General Manager and working closely with our dynamic Commercial team and valued partners, you will be the driving force behind expanding our sales, increasing market share, and uncovering exciting new business opportunities across the UK. Primary Responsibilities

  • Drive the complete sales cycle, from prospecting new leads to closing deals with confidence and precision.
  • Focus on outbound development: Leverage a proactive approach to identify and create new business opportunities.
  • Engage key decision-makers: Build relationships through a multi-channel outreach strategy, employing creative and personalized follow-up to stand out.
  • Showcase solutions: Deliver compelling product demonstrations to prospects and existing partners, either virtually or in-person.
  • Seek opportunities to refine and improve sales and operational processes for greater efficiency and impact.
  • Provide management with actionable insights about emerging trends and changes in the industry.
  • Maintain precise contact records and activity logs within our CRM system (Pipedrive) to keep everything on track.
