Key Responsibilities
- Generate Sales: Meet sales goals, develop relationships with top customers, support in-store event sourcing and execution.
- Customer Experience: Ensure the store reflects our brand vision, lead email capture efforts, educate new associates, and keep customer wish lists current.
- Crew Development: Assist with training, foster a welcoming environment, support recruitment, and participate in team-building activities.
- Operations: Maintain merchandise controls, uphold loss prevention, and keep the store environment clean.
