As the ultimate vineyard vines Brand Ambassador, the Crew Lead will support the Store Team to drive top-line sales through personal sales, crew development, and community partnerships. When on the Sales Floor, the Crew Lead will ensure the customer experience supports our brand promise that βEvery Day Should Feel This Good.β
Responsibilities
- Driving Profitable Sales Growth: Generate Sales, support the store to meet and exceed financial goals and metrics, measure and develop crew performance goals to increase profitability, actively look for opportunities to drive additional sales and traffic, partner with Store Manager and Field Leadership to create acquisition and traffic driving events in the local community.
- Operations: Responsible for Opening and Closing store processes, execute the fundamentals of merchandise receiving and stockroom management, support the Management team to train crew around Loss Prevention focuses, help maintain a clean and well-maintained store environment.
- Creating Better Relationships With Our Customers: Regularly exemplify our values of Passion, Service, Integrity, Commitment, Teamwork, and Fun, act as the Host of the Party, ensuring that each customer has a welcoming and fun experience, develop and maintain relationships with top customers, support the customer experience through Hug Book Management including coaching team on usage, managing wish lists, and monitoring % of Sales coming from Hug Book, lead the store in email capture and educate new crewmembers on best practices.
- Merchandising: Help maintain merchandising as it pertains to company standards and brand initiatives, including regular replenishment and reaction to sell-through. Contribute to weekly feedback.
- Making Vineyard Vines a Better Place to Work: Help management team conduct daily huddles, educate new crewmembers with the New Hire Orientation including Whale Experience, Fit Sessions, Product Knowledge, and MPOS/technology tools, partner with Management to train crew on product knowledge, support team-building activities and creation of contests, provide crew feedback through coaching in the moment, attend Manager Meetings and regularly meet with Store Manager regarding development goals and personal performance, help in recruiting and referring top talent for the store team.
