Overview:
Responsible for assisting the management team (Captain, First Mates, and Second Mates) in driving sales through exceptional customer service. Ensures the customer experience, supports our brand promise (“Every Day Should Feel This Good”) and makes service a top priority.
Functions & Responsibilities:
- Generate Sales: Responsible for meeting their goals/measures, develops and maintains relationships with top customers, and supports in-store event sourcing and execution.
- Customer Experience: Ensures the store reflects Shep & Ian’s vision of “Every Day Should Feel This Good” to our customers through “Hosting the Party,” leads the store in email capture, and ensures the customer wish list is always current.
- Crew Development: Assists with training new associates, fosters a welcoming environment, helps in recruiting top talent, and supports team-building activities.
- Operations: Maintains efficient merchandise controls, loss prevention awareness, and a clean store environment.
- Merchandising: Helps maintain merchandising standards and contributes to weekly product feedback.
