VC&RFB is seeking a compassionate and strategic Foodbank Manager to lead their Foodbank provision across multiple sites. This is a significant role at the heart of their mission, often serving as the first point of contact for individuals and families at their most vulnerable moments. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery, warm relational support, strong volunteer leadership, and a consistent, dignifying experience for every guest.
In this pivotal role, you will provide leadership and supervision for the Assistant Foodbank Manager, Satellite Foodbank Leaders and volunteer teams, ensuring consistent high-quality service.
