Monday–Friday | No Weekends | Up to £50,000 OTE | Uncapped Bonus

As a Technician at Vines, you will play a crucial role in providing high‑quality maintenance and repair services for BMW and MINI vehicles.

Hours: 40 hours Monday – Friday to cover our opening hours of 0800 - 1700

Salary: Uncapped and very achievable bonus scheme.

Salary Bandings:

  • Service Technician (Non Brand /ATA) | £35,500 | £41,200 *up to £35,500 dependent upon experience
  • Accredited BMW Service Technician | £41,000 | £45,000
  • BMW Accredited Senior | £45,000 | £50,000

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and technical issues on our vehicles.
  • Diagnose and carry out repairs effectively and efficiently within manufacturers’ servicing and repair times.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles according to BMW standards.
  • Advise and report on vehicle and parts faults and servicing requirements noticed while working on vehicles, including future servicing repair requirements.
  • Look for ways to identify future customer costs savings by recommending preventative maintenance and appropriate vehicle expenditure.

What We're Looking For:

  • Level 3 NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
  • City & Guilds qualification or other adequate qualifications.
  • 1 year of experience in the diagnosis and or servicing, maintenance, and repair of motor vehicles.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
