Hours: 45 Hours per week Monday - Friday – No WEEKENDS!
Vines Group is a private family owned business with retailers across Surrey and Sussex; in 2020 we celebrated 40 years in association with BMW and MINI. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for you to begin your journey to becoming a qualified BMW and MINI Parts Advisor. You will achieve formal qualifications through extensive product training as well as building up confidence and gaining valuable work experience whilst undertaking the role. Most of your 12 month apprenticeship will be on-the-job training based at our centre with a mentor within your department to oversee your work-based learning. A BMW representative will also visit you usually on a 12-weekly basis to set performance targets and ensure any development needs are being met. The classroom sessions will be offsite and delivered at the BMW Group Training Academy based in Reading, Berkshire. You will also receive the added benefit of Functional Skills support during their programme if required.
Qualifications Attained
- IMIAL Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service
- IMIAL Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service
- BMW Parts Advisor Accreditation
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the go-to expert for BMW parts, helping customers and technicians find exactly what they need.
- Pick, pack and dispatch orders accurately, ensuring everything arrives on time.
- Learn how to identify vehicle parts using industry-leading systems and technology.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, building relationships and creating great experiences.
- Spot opportunities to recommend additional products and help drive sales.
- Help manage stock, keep inventory accurate and ensure the parts department runs smoothly.
- Work alongside experienced BMW professionals while gaining a recognised qualification.
- Develop valuable skills, earn while you learn, and kick-start a long-term career in the automotive industry.
