Most of your 12‑month apprenticeship will be on‑the‑job training based at our centre with a mentor within your department to oversee your work‑based learning. A BMW representative will also visit you usually on a 12‑week basis to set performance targets and ensure any development needs are being met.
Responsibilities include:
- Picking, packing and dispatching orders accurately
- Learning how to identify vehicle parts using industry‑leading systems and technology
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Building relationships and creating great experiences
- Spotting opportunities to recommend additional products and help drive sales
- Managing stock, keeping inventory accurate and ensuring the parts department runs smoothly
- Working alongside experienced BMW professionals while gaining a recognised qualification
No two days are the same – you’ll be learning, problem‑solving and playing a key role in keeping our customers moving.
Qualifications Earned:
- IMIAL Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service
- IMIAL Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service
- BMW Parts Advisor Accreditation
