Our customers might be as passionate about bikes as you. But they still want to be inspired by a great experience from an enthusiast they trust. You’ll make sure that each customer feels they’re a one-off by understanding exactly where bikes fit into their lifestyle.

From building a database of customers through to attending events and fielding phone calls, you’ll aim for total customer satisfaction. It’s about giving a great experience as well as recommending exactly the bike they need.

  • A genuine enthusiasm for motorcycles (knowledge of components is an advantage)
  • A strong team player who works well in a close-knit, supportive environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively
  • A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Target-driven, with the motivation to achieve and exceed goals
