We’re looking for an experienced MET Technician to join our busy Bodyshop team within our premium dealership. This is your opportunity to work in a modern, professional environment where quality, collaboration, and people truly come first.
Hours: 45 hours Monday – Friday
Salary: £42,100 dependent on experience, OTE - £60,000. Uncapped and very achievable bonus scheme.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carrying out assessments and repairs to manufacturer standards on BMW vehicles.
- Using advanced diagnostic tools to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and structural issues.
- Completing MET (Mechanical, Electrical, Trim) repairs with precision and care.
- Following BMW repair methods and safety protocols at all times.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional service delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- ATA Qualified.
- Previous experience as a MET Technician in an automotive repair environment, preferably with BMW or luxury brands.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
