What you will be doing:
- Handle parts orders from start to finish - receive requests, interpret requirements, and advise on additional needs or pricing.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and promptly, ensuring customers and technicians are kept fully informed.
- Maintain stock control systems - record movements accurately and store parts securely in line with manufacturer guidelines.
- Support sales growth by identifying opportunities for additional products and assisting with promotions and marketing initiatives.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring the Vines experience is upheld at all times.
- Keep displays and work areas to the highest standard and contribute to a safe, organised environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Motor Trade Experience: Previous experience in the motor trade is essential, with Parts Advisor or automotive aftersales experience being a real advantage.
- Attention to Detail: You’re organised, accurate and take pride in getting things right.
- Customer-Focused: You have excellent communication skills and enjoy building positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proactive & Motivated: You take initiative, enjoy solving problems and can confidently manage your own workload.
- IT Confident: You’re comfortable using computer systems and technology. Don’t worry if you haven’t used our systems before – full training will be provided!
