Are you passionate about motorcycles and the automotive industry? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, premium brand environment? We are looking for a Motorrad Sales Controller to join our award-winning team, supporting the Sales Manager and sales team in delivering outstanding operational performance and exceptional customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year’s experience in the automotive sector (be it service or sales!), a full UK motorcycle licence, and a proactive, tech-savvy approach to work.

Hours: 5 days across Monday to Saturday = 41 hours

Salary: £40,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the motorcycle sales operation.
  • Support stock management, vehicle marketing, sales administration, and customer enquiries.
  • Manage stock profiles and stock levels, ensuring motorcycles are accurately and attractively marketed in the showroom and online.
  • Coordinate vehicle specifications, imagery, and video content, maintaining exceptional presentation standards.
  • Support retailer tactical campaigns and promotional activity across new and used motorcycles.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Sales Manager and sales team.
  • Assist with sales documentation, compliance, and process accuracy.
  • Ensure customer enquiries are handled in line with business and manufacturer standards.
  • Support the preparation of customer offers, including pricing, part-exchange valuations, and finance and insurance quotations.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales Administration and Aftersales teams.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Minimum of one year’s experience within the automotive sector.
  • Full UK Motorcycle Licence (essential).
  • Highly proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A supportive team player who contributes positively to team success.
  • Tech-savvy, with a strong understanding of systems and the ability to learn new processes quickly.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a professional, customer-focused mindset.
