Love cars, bikes, and chatting with people? Join Vines as a Contact Centre Sales Advisor and be the first point of contact for all our sales enquiries – via phone, live chat, email, or digital.
You’ll work in a close-knit team of four, gaining hands‑on experience while completing a 12‑month training programme that leads to a Level 2 Customer Service qualification. It’s the perfect way to kick‑start your career in the world of luxury cars and motorcycles!
Hours: 42.5 hours per week – 5 day working pattern over a Monday to Saturday period with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break each day (you will have a set day off during the week).
What you\’ll be doing:
Handling Enquiries:
- You’ll be the go‑to person for all vehicle sales enquiries via phone, email, live chat, or any other digital means.
- Answering questions and providing info to help customers make the best decisions about buying a vehicle from us.
Setting Appointments:
- Turning those enquiries into appointments for our sales team will be your superpower.
- Giving detailed and useful information to ensure customers feel confident about their choices.
Supporting the Sales Team:
- Helping our sales teams with customer vehicle enquiries and making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Providing ongoing support to ensure customers have a seamless experience.
Building Relationships:
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to keep them happy and loyal.
- Following up with customers to encourage repeat business and keep them coming back.
Keeping Accurate Records:
- Making sure all vehicle and customer information is recorded accurately.
- Following up with prospects and keeping our records up-to-date and comprehensive.
