40 hours Monday – Friday (0800 – 1700). No weekends.
Salary Bandings (OTE)
- Basic Service Technician – £28,840 basic, £8,160 bonus, total £37,000
- Service Technician (Non Brand / ATA) – £34,680 basic, £6,360 bonus, total £41,040
- ATA Technician – £36,720 basic, £6,360 bonus, total £43,080
- BMW Accredited Senior – £40,800 basic, £7,200 bonus, total £48,000
What You Will Be Doing
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical and technical issues on BMW & MINI vehicles.
- Carry out repairs efficiently within manufacturers’ servicing and repair times.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections according to BMW standards.
- Advise and report on vehicle and parts faults and future servicing requirements.
- Identify future customer cost savings by recommending preventative maintenance and appropriate vehicle expenditure.
What We\’re Looking For
- Level 3 NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
- City & Guilds qualification or other adequate qualifications.
- 1 year of experience in diagnosis, servicing, maintenance or repair of motor vehicles.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
