Are you passionate about premium cars and providing exceptional customer service? As a Service Advisor at Vines, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless coordination between the customer and our workshop whilst their vehicle is booked in for service. You will act as a liaison between customers and technicians to facilitate a smooth process while upholding Vines high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Salary: £30,000 - £31,200 salary with an uncapped OTE of £39,140 - £41,200 depending on experience
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday – Friday 0800 – 1800
What you will be doing:
- Be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service - providing a warm welcome and clear guidance.
- Explain recommended services in a way that’s transparent and easy to understand, including costs and timelines.
- Prepare accurate invoices and quotes, ensuring clarity and trust at every step.
- Coordinate with technicians to schedule repairs and keep customers updated on progress.
- Build strong relationships with customers, handling queries and resolving issues calmly and professionally.
- Enhance the experience by recommending additional services and products where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of all service transactions and customer interactions.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is ideal, especially within a BMW dealership or premium automotive brand.
- A natural communicator with strong customer service skills and the ability to build rapport.
- Professional, courteous, and confident in handling challenging situations.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Comfortable using IT systems (training on our in-house systems will be provided).
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
