We’re looking for a qualified MOT Tester to join our team at Vines of Guildford. If you take pride in carrying out high-quality MOT tests and helping to keep our customers safely on the road, we’d love to hear from you.

Hours: 40 hours Monday – Friday
Salary: Basic £35,000 OTE £41,000. Uncapped and very achievable bonus scheme.
What you will be doing:
- Perform MOT tests on BMW and Mini vehicles to the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct thorough inspections, identifying any issues or areas requiring attention.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations to customers on maintaining their vehicles.
- Collaborate with our team of technicians and engineers
What We're Looking For:
- MOT Tester qualification (City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent).
- Hold a valid Smart card
- Proven experience in conducting MOT tests, preferably with a prestige brand
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Passion for automotive excellence and delivering exceptional service.
