Overview

BMW General Sales Manager – Package: £67,500 with OTE of £90,000 plus company car. Hours: 5 day working over a Monday – Saturday period to cover our opening hours of 0830 – 1800.

About the role

As BMW General Sales Manager, you’ll have full ownership of our BMW Sales department. You’ll lead a talented team of:

  • 7 Sales Executives
  • 3 Trainee Sales Executives
  • 1 Used Car Manager
  • 2 Business Managers

Supported by our Sales Support teams, this department delivers around 1,200 BMW sales annually—and your leadership will ensure we keep exceeding targets while accelerating growth.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Achieving and surpassing sales, profit, and F&I targets
  • Driving team performance through coaching, development, and clear KPI management
  • Optimising budgets, stock levels, and showroom space for maximum efficiency
  • Ensuring a customer journey that reflects the premium BMW brand
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to deliver strategic business objectives

This is a hands-on leadership role where your commercial acumen, energy, and passion for excellence will directly impact performance and profitability.

About you
