Work Monday to Friday and keep your weekends free.

Compensation Structure

  • Year 1: ÂŁ18,000
  • Year 2: ÂŁ24,000
  • Year 3: ÂŁ30,000
  • Upon completion: ÂŁ35,500 plus bonus potential

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Train on the job at our Gatwick site.
  • Work alongside and be mentored by a qualified BMW Technician.
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain cutting‑edge BMW & MINI vehicles.
  • Build real confidence in a real workshop environment.

Additional learning opportunities include:

  • Regular check‑ins with a BMW expert to support your development.
  • Classroom training at the BMW Group Training Academy in Reading.

Further responsibilities:

  • Service, maintain, and repair BMW & MINI vehicles.
  • Diagnose faults using advanced BMW technology and tools.
  • Work on everything from engines to high‑tech electrical systems.
  • Build skills in cutting‑edge areas such as electrification and digitalisation.
  • Use specialist BMW diagnostic systems and learn from experienced technicians.

What You’ll Achieve

By the end of your apprenticeship, you’ll have industry‑recognised qualifications:

  • IMI Level 3 Motor Vehicle Service & Maintenance Technician
  • IMI Level 3 Automotive Refrigeration Handling
  • IMI Level 2 Electric / Hybrid Vehicles
  • IMI Accreditation Service Maintenance Technician
