Key Responsibilities- Lead and run deep product discovery sessions to define the future-state operating model for campaign orchestration.
- Act as the strategic voice for the product domain, influencing senior stakeholders across Architecture, Engineering, and Business units.
- Partner with technical teams to define modular, API-driven, cloud-based platform capabilities.
- Conduct rigorous "Build vs. Buy" assessments; run RFI/RFP processes to determine if external vendors can accelerate the roadmap.
- Navigate a complex matrix environment, conducting stakeholder interviews to refine problem statements and metrics back to core business needs.
- Break down the overarching vision into prioritised features and epics for delivery teams to execute.
