This role is a hybrid position, requiring 2 days a week onsite in London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and run deep product discovery sessions to define the future-state operating model for campaign orchestration.
  • Act as the strategic voice for the product domain, influencing senior stakeholders across Architecture, Engineering, and Business units.
  • Partner with technical teams to define modular, API-driven, cloud-based platform capabilities.
  • Conduct rigorous "Build vs. Buy" assessments; run RFI/RFP processes to determine if external vendors can accelerate the roadmap.
  • Navigate a complex matrix environment, conducting stakeholder interviews to refine problem statements and metrics back to core business needs.
  • Break down the overarching vision into prioritised features and epics for delivery teams to execute.
Experience
  • Strategic Mindset: Comfortable challenging the status quo and questioning whether to build or not.
  • Complex Environment Experience: Proven track record in large-scale technology transformations within large complex organisations.
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to apply strategic product thinking as primary requirement.
  • Commercial Acumen: Experience leading RFI/RFP processes and conducting market analysis.
  • Senior Influence: Confidence to engage with senior business stakeholders and translate their needs into technical roadmaps.
  • Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.
