Key Responsibilities
- Policy Billing Governance: Act as the primary technical subject matter expert for the design, configuration, and migration pathways of all Duck Creek Policy and Billing modules.
- Environment Orchestration: Take full technical ownership of establishing, configuring, and maintaining robust Duck Creek environments to support ongoing testing, system integrations, and transactional stability.
- Migration Alignment Testing: Diagnose and remediate critical data mismatches and mapping anomalies resulting from Legacy core systems migrations.
- Distributed Team Leadership: Coordinate and oversee technical deliverables across hybrid onshore and offshore engineering, development, and testing teams.
