Key Role Responsibilities:
- Being a champion of every customer interaction; ensuring that every sales enquiry is dealt with appropriately by your team, and in a manner that focusses on the Vindis Sales Experience.
- Effectively managing the resources at your disposal to achieve the required business objectives.
- all data available, to make swift, decisive and effective decisions to guide the team appropriately and deliver the most appropriate outcome within your business area.
- Maintaining a consultative and supporting working environment for employees within your business area.
Prerequisites:
- Previous relevant experience required
- Previous motor industry experience required
- Good communication skills
- Customer facing experience required
- Good attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence required
