The Vindis Group is seeking to appoint a Showroom Host to join its team. As one of approximately 700 team members, you will demonstrate behaviours integral to the companyβs continued success. Key Role Responsibilities:
- Championing and maintaining a culture of customer excellence; ensuring that the expectations and requirements of all customers are delivered upon.
- Managing customer facilities and confidently offering available resources tailored to customer needs.
- Taking an interest in brand awareness and changes affecting the marketplace and industry.
- Preparing for scheduled customer appointments by appropriately liaising with relevant departments.
- Handing the customer over to the appropriate person in a polite, personalised and professional manner, passing on relevant information to aid a smooth transition.
- Developing professional relationships with the sales and aftersales departments to ensure up-to-date knowledge and processes are referred to with customers and a one-business approach is maintained.
Prerequisites:
- Previous relevant experience would be an advantage.
- Customer-facing experience is required.
