Key Role Responsibilities:
As a Parts Sales Executive, you will be an integral member of the Sales Team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting, liaising and supporting the TPS Centre’s to ensure good working relationships and delivery of customer service excellence.
- Accurately identifying parts to meet customers sales requirements and utilising TPS product promotions effectively.
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times, building strong relationships with customers by making relevant and regular contact with them.
- Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries.
Prerequisites:
- Previous experience in a Parts or Call Centre role preferable
- Good communication skills and telephone manner
- Good attention to detail
- Good IT skills
