Overview

This IT Support Analyst role is an integral part of the Head Office Team. You will support a high-performance culture within a long-established organisation and contribute to the ongoing expansion and evolution of the business. Key Role Responsibilities

  • Respond to requests for technical assistance by phone, email and face to face while updating the IT Service Desk.
  • Administer IT systems and maintain system documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain IT hardware.
  • Analyse and identify trends in issue reporting and devise preventative solutions.
  • Prioritise incoming requests correctly and escalate to the second line team in accordance with escalation policy.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience within a helpdesk / support position.
  • Confident problem solver with experience in providing technical support.
  • Good knowledge of the Windows desktop platform.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
