About the Role:
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting, liaising and supporting the TPS Centre’s to ensure good working relationships and delivery of customer service excellence.
- Accurately identifying parts to meet customers sales requirements and utilising TPS product promotions effectively.
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times, building strong relationships with customers by making relevant and regular contact with them.
- Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries.
Essential Criteria:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly motivated to achieve individual targets
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively build relationships; particularly over the phone
- Good IT skills
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience in a Parts or Call Centre role
