Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the front of house team, setting clear expectations and driving performance to deliver a consistently exceptional customer experience.
  • Act as a key partner to the Aftersales Manager, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency across service reception and workshop planning.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, coaching the team to grow their skills, confidence, and professionalism.
  • Uphold and champion the core values of the Vindis Group at every touchpoint with colleagues and customers.
