About the Role:
As an Audi Front of House Manager, you will be an integral member of the Aftersales Team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing a small team of Service Advisors, ensuring compliance to the requisite process and being integral in championing and maintaining a culture of customer service excellence.
- Effectively managing the resources at your disposal to achieve the required business objectives.
- Maximising upon every available opportunity to improve the successes of your immediate team and the wider business by ensuring that customers are aware of any relevant and/or necessary additional products and services.
- Demonstrating alignment with, and engagement in, a robust customer communication strategy, ensuring that all customers are kept up to date by the relevant Service Advisor with the statutes of their vehicle.
- Maintaining electronic records in a complete and accurate manner, ensuring attention to detail with all administrative tasks.
- Developing effective working relationships with the workshop to ensure that the ‘flow’ of information from the initial front-of-house experience is timely, accurate, clear and consultative.
- Being integral in contributing to the delivery of a quality culture that is focused upon first time fixes, and ensuring that vehicles are ready on time.
- Effectively utilising the tools and resources available to you to become a specialist in your area, in order to accurately advise customers on services and/or products.
Essential Criteria:
- Experience working within a service department in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively build relationships
- Excellent understanding of the operations of a service department, and the desire to consistently achieve departmental and business objectives
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to consistently meet deadlines, along with good attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable Criteria:
- 2 year's experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
