About the Role:
As a Head of Sales, you will be an integral member of the Management Team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and supporting a team of Sales Executives to ensure they have clear objectives that are intrinsically linked to those of the wider department and business; and consistently achieve their individual targets, whilst maintaining full compliance with the sales process.
- Effectively managing the resources at your disposal to achieve the required business objectives, including: sales volumes, profitability, employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction, loyalty levels and others, and to reconsider and redirect strategy in light of any of these objectives not being achieved.
- Analysing the vast array of data available, to make swift, decisive and effective decisions to change the direction of, or an operation within, your department, for the benefit of delivering an outstanding result.
- Being integral in championing and maintaining a culture of customer service excellence; ensuring that every sales enquiry is dealt with appropriately by your team, and in a manner that focusses on the Vindis Sales Experience.
- Being an advocate of the Audi brand and championing the products to generate interest and ensure sustained customer commitment.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience in a Head of Sales role (or equivalent) within the automotive industry
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively build relationships
- Demonstrable success in achieving team and departmental targets
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to efficiently meet deadlines, whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience working within a franchised automotive dealership or with a VAG Brand
