Overview
Key Role Responsibilities: As an Executive Assistant, you will be an integral member of the Head Office Team. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Liaise with employees on behalf of the Board of Directors, as requested.
- Demonstrate discretion, sensitivity and confidentiality with regard to information relating to the Board of Directors and wider Company.
- Arrange travel and accommodation requirements of the Board of Directors and others, as directed.
- Monitor and distribute correspondence to the Senior Management Team, in a timely manner.
- Coordinate/Oversee the timely management and resolution of customer issues escalated to Head Office; ensuring that the necessary accountability of the relevant Head of Business/Head of Group Department is engaged.
- Professionally liaise with internal and external clients and guests.
- Deliver upon any personal assistant responsibilities requested by the Managing Director and Chairman; ensuring that the appropriate professionalism and confidentiality is maintained.
- Collate agendas, and document the minutes of meetings, in an accurate and concise manner; ensuring their timely release to the relevant Senior Management; and that actions are monitored through to completion, if applicable.
- Oversee the appropriate progress and successful completion of projects allocated to you.
- Prepare internal/external communications requested by the Board of Directors, in an accurate and timely manner.
