This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Milton Keynes for a CUPRA Sales Executive. As a Sales Executive, you will represent the CUPRA brand and be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer journey. Core responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Identifying customer needs
  • Providing detailed product information
  • Coordinating test drives
  • Managing all aspects of the sales process from inquiry to the final purchase

Providing a high level of professionalism and contributing to the overall success of the dealership will be integral to this role.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a results‑driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and offer solutions that meet their needs
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn about the automotive industry, particularly the CUPRA brand and products

  • A full valid driving license is required
